The Hook of Holland Ferry Port only offers passenger services to Harwich.

There are four outbound and four inbound crossings each day, all operated by Stena Line.

Hook of Holland Ferries: Stena Line - Hoek van Holland, South Holland, Netherlands
Stena Line offers passenger ferry service between the Netherlands and the UK, with four sailings daily in either direction. Service is year-round, with limited service available during Christmas time and at New Year.

Ships operating on this route are the Stena Discovery, a catamaran-class fast ferry; Stena Hollandica, a Ropax-class passenger and freight ferry; and Stena Britannica, a Ropax Seamaster-class passenger and freight ferry.

Stena Discovery departs the Hook of Holland twice daily and crosses the New Waterway in 3 hours, 50 minutes. It has a 1,500 passenger capacity and room for 375 cars. Stena Discovery has the most extensive onboard facilities of the three ships. These include five restaurants, three bars, two cinemas, children’s play and entertainment areas, a shop and a currency exchange bureau.

Stena Hollandica and Stena Britannica each depart once daily. Stena Britannica provides overnight service from The Hook to Harwich, while Stena Hollandica serves the ‘Caravan Special.’ Stena Hollandica can carry 400 passengers and a large quantity of freight, while Stena Britannica can handle 900 passengers in addition to freight. Both ships take 6 hours, 30 minutes to cross and offer the same onboard facilities. These include a restaurant and a bar, a cinema, a casino and gaming machines, a shop, a currency exchange bureau and overnight cabins with showers. Various cabin sizes are available including disabled-access cabins and, on Stena Hollandica, VIP cabins.
